Yes. We service and support panels supplied by other vendors after an inspection visit, across all major interactive flat panel brands.
What is an interactive flat panel?+
An interactive flat panel is a 4K commercial-grade touchscreen display (typically 55–110 inches) with a built-in Android computer, multi-touch writing surface and wireless screen sharing. It replaces the projector, whiteboard and screen with one device that needs no lamp, no calibration and no darkened room.
How much does an interactive flat panel cost in India?+
Expect roughly ₹75,000–₹1,10,000 for a 55–65 inch entry panel, ₹1.3–2.2 lakh for a 75 inch, ₹2–3.2 lakh for an 86 inch and ₹5 lakh+ for 98–110 inch. An OPS Windows module adds ₹28,000–₹55,000 and a motorised trolley ₹25,000–₹60,000.
How long does installation take?+
A single room is commissioned in 3–5 hours including mounting, cabling, network onboarding and user training. Multi-room roll-outs run 8–12 panels per week per crew.
What warranty do interactive flat panels carry?+
Standard manufacturer warranty is 3 years on-site on the panel across our portfolio brands, with the touch layer and LED backlight covered. Extended 5-year cover and AMC with preventive visits can be added at purchase.
Can we see a panel working before we buy?+
Yes. Working panels are available for hands-on demo at the Hyderabad and Vijayawada experience centres, and we run on-site demos at your campus or office for shortlisted configurations.
