Home theatre options in Hyderabad: apartment, villa or dedicated cinema
The single biggest factor in your system is the room, not the brand. These are the three room types we design for most often in Hyderabad, and what each one realistically supports.
Apartment living room
Gated-community apartments in Gachibowli, Kondapur, Manikonda, Miyapur and Kokapet usually mean a shared-wall living room with an existing false ceiling. The priority is impact without disturbing neighbours.
- 5.1 or 5.1.2 configuration, in-ceiling or up-firing height channels
- TV or a compact short-throw / laser projector
- Minimal civil work — concealed cabling inside existing ceiling
- Sealed subwoofer and careful low-frequency tuning to limit structure-borne noise
Villa or large living room
Villas and independent houses in Jubilee Hills, Banjara Hills, Kokapet, Narsingi, Tellapur and the Financial District allow a larger display, a real surround layout and better acoustic control.
- 5.1.4 or 7.1.4 Dolby Atmos configuration
- 4K projector with a 110–135" screen, or a large-format TV
- Room-treatment options: heavy curtains, rugs, first-reflection panels
- Space for floorstanders and a larger or dual subwoofer
Dedicated cinema room
A dedicated room — basement, first-floor room or a converted bedroom — is where a home theatre becomes a private cinema. Everything is designed around the seating position rather than around the furniture.
- 7.1.4 up to 9.2.6 with dedicated processing and amplification
- Full acoustic treatment: absorption, diffusion and bass trapping
- 4K laser projection onto an acoustically transparent screen
- Riser, recliner seating, star ceiling and lighting automation
