For a dedicated dark cinema room, the EH-TW9400 (2,600 lumens, 1,200,000:1 contrast, powered lens shift). For a living room that cannot be darkened, the EH-TW7100 (3,000 lumens, 3D, 2 × 10W speakers). For one-box 4K entertainment and gaming, the EH-TW6250 (2,800 lumens, Android TV, sub-20ms lag). For offices and classrooms, the EB-FH54 (4,100 lumens Full HD, Wi-Fi 6 wireless presentation). The EB-FH54 is not a home cinema alternative to the other three.

EH-TW9400 vs EH-TW7100
The TW7100 is brighter — 3,000 against 2,600 lumens — so in a living room with some light it will look better. The TW9400 publishes 1,200,000:1 contrast against 100,000:1, adds powered lens shift (±96.3% vertical, ±47.1% horizontal against manual ±60% / ±24%) and a 2.1x powered zoom against 1.62x manual, and reaches 300" against 500" on paper. In a dark room the TW9400's black levels and mounting flexibility are the reason to spend more; in a bright one those advantages are largely invisible and the TW7100 is the better buy.
EH-TW7100 vs EH-TW6250
Closer than the model numbers suggest. The TW7100 wins on brightness (3,000 vs 2,800 lumens), contrast (100,000:1 vs 35,000:1), horizontal lens shift, 3D, a second HDMI input and 2 × 10W stereo speakers against a single 10W. The TW6250 wins on built-in Android TV, a published sub-20ms lag time, longer lamp life (up to 7,500 vs 5,000 hours in eco) and a shorter throw at the wide end. Choose the TW7100 for picture quality and connectivity; the TW6250 for simplicity and gaming.
EH-TW9400 vs EH-TW6250
These sit at opposite ends of the same range. The TW9400 is a dedicated cinema projector: far higher contrast, powered lens shift, 2.1x powered zoom, two HDMI inputs and 3D, all aimed at a dark purpose-built room. The TW6250 is a living-room projector: brighter by 200 lumens, Android TV built in, one HDMI input, sub-20ms lag and no horizontal lens shift. If the room is being built for cinema, the TW9400; if the projector goes into the room you already live in, the TW6250.
EB-FH54 vs the home theatre models
This is a category difference, not a contest. The EB-FH54 is a Full HD business and education projector rated at 4,100 lumens with Wi-Fi 6, Miracast and AirPlay 2 wireless presentation, a 16W speaker and up to 12,000 hours eco lamp life. The TW9400, TW7100 and TW6250 are 4K PRO-UHD home entertainment projectors with HDR, higher contrast and lens shift. Buying an EB-FH54 for a home cinema means accepting Full HD and a picture tuned for lit rooms; buying a home model for a boardroom means accepting a dimmer image in daylight and no wireless presentation.

For transparency: Epson does not publish dimensions, weight, noise level or power consumption for the EH-TW9400 and EH-TW7100 on the pages we verified, does not publish a contrast ratio or throw ratio for the EB-FH54, and does not list 3D for the EH-TW6250. Build a complete home cinema around your Epson projector
The projector is one component of seven. Buyers who only change the projector are usually disappointed; the room and the sound do as much work as the lens. See home theatre setup in Hyderabad and home theatre cost.

Fixed-frame or motorised screen — size and gain matched to the projector
AV receiver or processor sized for the speaker layout
